Transaction Options

We have many transaction options available, from safe and easy drop-off/pick-up (D/P) service, to full door-to-door service. See descriptions below. You can always reach out to us if none of these options meet your needs. We will do our best to accommodate you, our valuable customer!

Drop-off/Pick-up (D/P) Service

Use the Contact Us form on website, email us at info@majesticsharpening.com, or call/text us at 989-492-0545, Please leave details such as preferred communication method (talk/text/email), number/type of item(s) to be sharpened, if repairs are required, bevel angles (if known). Pictures are helpful, especially if repairs are required.

We will reply within 24 hours with a quote for service, or to request further information.

When service and approximate drop-off time have been agreed upon, we will send you an EXCLUSIVE unlock code and locker number for our secured item lockers.

Secure your cutlery for transport (see our BLADE CARE AND MAINTENANCE page).

Bring items to 3626 East Monroe Road, Midland, MI 48642. We are a blue-grey ranch 7 houses East of Jefferson Road on the South side of the road.

Read the Welcome sign posted just to the right of our side door for a few site details. Please note that 24 hour video surveillance is occurring on site.

Locate your reserved box, enter the unlock code that was provided, open the locker and place your items inside. Please enclose a basic contact card (provided on site). Re-lock the locker. Eagerly await your majestically sharpened cutlery!

We will contact you as soon as your cutlery is ready, to set up an approximate pick-up time and to provide you with another EXCLUSIVE unlock code and locker number.

Pick up your majestically sharpened cutlery, along with your invoice.

Cash or check payments can be placed directly in the locker. Done!

Your invoice will also be sent to your email, and will have a link to make an online payment (we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover).

Door-to-Door Service

Contact us as described in D/P Service description. Let us know you are requesting door-to-door service.

We will reply with a quote or to request more information, and work with you to set up mutually agreed-upon times for us to pick-up and drop-off your cutlery.

Door-to-door service requires a minimum $25 order. A 72.5 cent per mile travel fee will be charged for travel in excess of 10 miles from our shop at 3626 East Monroe Road, Midland, MI 48642.
